Sannox

From  the Fallen Rocks  in the north to Rubha Salach in the south and taking in North Glen Sannox, and Glen Sannox, this area has extensive coast, access to spectacular hills, broadleaf woodland, and a number of areas of fresh water including lochans, rivers and burns.




Most of the widespread and common birds are found in this area (See Arran Bird Report) plus regular sightings of all three divers, eider, red-breasted merganser, gannet, goldeneye in winter and sand martin in summer.
