Lamlash

From  Clauchlands Point in the north to Cordon in the south and taking in Benlister and Monamore Glens and the Holy Isle, this area has extensive coast, access to uplands, woodlands, and a number of areas of fresh water including, rivers and burns.




Most of the widespread and common birds are found in this area (See Arran Bird Report)
plus there are regular sightings of  peregrine, linnet, eider, wigeon, and rook and merlin in the winter.
